  • I’ve based the quiz on the most common nervous system patterns I see in my blocked and burnt out clients.

    We are all unique, but our nervous systems are very similar, so we tend to share some of the same struggles.

    That said, this quiz is intended to give you a lens to look through, not a label. Its purpose is to teach you about your nervous system in an entertaining way.
